Download for Mac CLI on npm

Requires macOS 14+ and Node.js 20+. Not on the Mac App Store — the app must run brew/npm/update commands outside Apple’s sandbox. The GitHub release is the storefront.

Install

Menu bar app

  1. Download the latest .zip from Releases
  2. Move Shed.app to /Applications
  3. Right-click → Open (first launch), or xattr -cr /Applications/Shed.app

CLI only
